The TSUNAMI SWIM TEAM is open to any RGSTC member 18 years or younger who can swim the length of the pool (25 meters).  It is not a "learn to swim" program.  (Please contact our pool management company after Memorial Day regarding group swim lessons.)

Riverside Gardens has been a member of the Northern Virginia Swimming League (NVSL) since 1967.  The NVSL is the largest summer swim league in the country. This summer TSUNAMI swimmers will be competing in Division 7.  The registration fee, payable to RGSTC, is $100 for one swimmer; $150 for two swimmers; $175 for three swimmers and $200 for four swimmers.

Your child will greatly benefit by being a member of the TSUNAMI SWIM TEAM, because our goal is to not only produce great swimmers but to produce great young people who swim.  Your child will learn the principles of good sportsmanship while improving his or her aquatic skills as a participant in the competitive and developmental swimming events throughout the season.
